Media Matters welcomes award-winning student
PR and marketing experts Media Matters welcomed 19-year-old Martyn Tallon to their Lynch Wood offices as part of his prize for being named Most Creative Student at Peterborough Regional College this year.
The media student, whose flare for TV and film production helped secure him the title, spent time with Media Matters picking up tips and advice on how best to transfer his skills to the commercial world of media.
"Martyn is an exceptional talent. His tutors couldn't speak highly enough of him and he has already secured his first piece of film work. It is a pleasure to meet someone with so much enthusiasm for what is a highly competitive industry," said Dawn Strange, accounts director at Media Matters.
Martyn from Eye Green also won £50 of High Street vouchers, donated by Media Matters. A total of 60 students were recognised at the regional college awards where VIP guest and awards presenter was David Grant, vocal coach from Fame Academy.
